Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supply Chain Business Analyst with strong skills in advanced Excel, data visualization, and AWS. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze supply chain data, and support design and development efforts. This role requires deep SCM domain expertise and the ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis, requirement gathering, and documentation activities.
• Analyze supply chain metrics and provide insights using Excel, Tableau, or Amazon QuickSight.
• Define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Support design, estimation, development, and implementation within agreed scope.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews for team sign-off.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on frontend, backend, Java-based services, and AWS services.
• Perform unit testing, defect fixing, and post-security testing readiness tasks.
• Partner with stakeholders to make business recommendations and influence decisions.
• Work with large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Must Have Skills

• Advanced Excel (VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivot).
• Supply Chain domain expertise (mandatory).
• Tableau or Amazon QuickSight.
• AWS services and cloud stack.
• Strong data analysis and business insights capability.
• Experience defining requirements and driving decisions using data.

Nice to Have Skills

• ReactNative framework.
• Frontend development stack.
• Backend development stack.
• Java-based services.

Minimum Experience

• 8 to 10 years of overall experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst.
• 3+ years with advanced Excel and visualization tools.
