Customer Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process.

The work model for the role is: Remote. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Measurement & Analytics division in the southern US.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Providing business analysis, supplying technical and business process / data expertise, and supporting decisions for new or changed IS solutions/services within scope.
  • Collecting and translating requirements for projects and changes into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.
  • Applying related business processes knowledge to shape and align IS solution/services to build and deliver activities.
  • Conducting advanced modelling activities for significant change programs.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution and Customer Service Modules preferred.
  • Experience with MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query) preferred.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or PowerBI preferred.
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
