As a fast-growing company based in Indianapolis, IN, we are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support our expanding client base. This full-time position is essential to our customer support team and provides numerous opportunities for career advancement in areas such as Tier 2 Technical Support, Customer Success, or Sales.
**Role Overview**
This full-time, on-site position involves delivering exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with clients. You will play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues and providing high-quality service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming phone calls and support tickets.
- Address initial technical support inquiries through our CRM or email, identify support issues, and escalate as necessary.
- Troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, document interactions in the CRM, and escalate to Tier 2 technical support when needed.
- Process new orders and calibration program entries, collaborating closely with the sales and customer success teams.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**
