D365 BC Accounting Manager | $85K - $95K | Los Angeles, CA (Onsite, Full-Time)

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on accounting manager role responsible for overseeing the full scope of accounting operations, financial reporting, and D365 Business Central management. You'll supervise a small accounting team, ensure accuracy across the general ledger, manage compliance, and play a key part in ongoing process improvements within the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee preparation of financial statements, general ledger management, and cost accounting
*

Supervise payroll through ADP Workforce Now; manage exports to NAV/Business Central
*

Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
*

Coordinate with external CPA on tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting
*

Lead cost allocation and analysis for manufacturing operations
*

Support ERP improvements and troubleshoot NAV/BC-related issues
*

Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering accuracy and efficiency

What You'll Bring

*

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
*

3-5+ years of accounting or controllership experience
*

Strong understanding of GAAP
*

Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central and ADP Workforce Now
*

Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset
*

Experience in manufacturing or small-business environments preferred
*

Must be local to Los Angeles, CA
