Job Description – DISPATCHER
We are a leading essential services company delivering the highest quality service available to our thousands of customers. DEAR Services Heating, Cooling, Electric, Plumbing and Drain is looking for highly professional and organized dispatchers for our fast-paced business. The primary function of the dispatcher is to organize, prioritize and equally divide the incoming customer orders to available Field Technicians and handle service calls from customers. Dispatchers utilize customer service training to educate and assist customers in choosing service and products. This position is aware of the importance of Field Technician incentive programs and ensures fair and equitable distribution as well as proper documentation of work.
