Job Description

Nurse Wellness Hemp Dispensary in Cherry Hill and Moorestown, NJ is looking for a hardworking dispensary sales consultant to join our team. We have multiple store locations in the cherry hill area that most Sales Consultants rotate through a little to keep the work fresh. Our stores offer a personalized shopping experience for customers looking for cannabis products as well as other natural health products. We specialize in hemp-derived THC and CBD products with smokables, edibles, topicals, and more in both THC and CBD. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner, hard-working, and reliable.

We also have stores in the Moorestown and Cherry Hill Malls. Opportunities to work in our new Old City, Philadelphia store are available as well.

Role: Sales Consultant

Role Authority: Sales Consultants report to Sales Managers, but are expected to work under other department managers as needed such as warehouse, customer service, or marketing.

Job Description:

The ideal Nurse Wellness Sales Consultant will be passionate about health and wellness, with a strong desire to assist customers in their journey towards better health. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a deep understanding of our product range, memorization for product information, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment. Sales Consultants mainly will be tasked with retail operations, but will also be expected to work with other departments during retail downtime to further develop the overall business.

Customers are the base of our business and should be treated exceedingly well. When a customer walks into a store, they should be greeted quickly and feel welcomed into the store. Every first time customer is expected to leave with at least a positive experience, a business card, and a product, even if it is a free sample. Every customer is expected to have a positive experience with our sales consultants and want to come back to shop again.

Nurse Wellness stores are designed to exude a positive and inviting atmosphere for both our customers and staff. We believe in enhancing the shopping experience with pleasant music throughout our stores (with the exception of the kiosk). Our team members are encouraged to work together to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready environment. In the spirit of teamwork, cash tips are shared amongst all sales staff, emphasizing the importance of collective customer service efforts. We hold high standards for cleanliness and organization in our store spaces, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers immediately with a positive and welcoming attitude.
  • Provide expert knowledge on our products and services, making personalized recommendations based on customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive checkout experience.
  • Maintain and expand an in-depth understanding of product features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Memorize product pricing 
  • Keep the store clean, well-organized, and fully stocked, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Complete all daily store checklists including the opening, closing, and 3pm checklists
  • Process inventory shipments/transfers, online orders, restock shelves, and participate in inventory management and control.
  • Stay informed about new products, trends, and developments in the health and wellness sector.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Strive to increase Key Performance Indicators for sales and customer service
  • Be a positive representation of our wellness brand
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Complete work for other departments such as Customer Service, Warehouse, and Marketing. This may include counting inventory, writing blogs, answering phone calls and chats, etc…
