Competitive Pay: This position offers a hourly wage ranging from $25.56/hr. to $37.11/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a Skilled Industrial Pump Mechanic to join our team in Joplin, MO . The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment repair and maintenance, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

What You'll Do: 

• Tear down equipment, utilizing manufacturer's recommendations and industry best practices
  Inspect equipment and parts for wear and damage
• Diagnose possible reason(s) for failure
• Provide information on parts and additional work required
• Provide recommendations to improve the reliability of the equipment, clean parts & reassemble, test and record all applicable data
• Complete information in reports as required
• Paint and prepare equipment for shipment
• Clean and organize shop as required

What You'll Need: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
