Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting event planning, coordination, and execution to ensure that every project runs seamlessly and exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, organization, and coordination of corporate and promotional events.
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to manage logistics and requirements.
Support on-site event setup, registration, and client engagement.
