We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and private events. Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating event logistics, including scheduling, vendor communication, and on-site support.
Support the creation and preparation of event materials, layouts, and production plans.
Maintain accurate documentation related to event planning and execution.
Monitor timelines and ensure all tasks are completed prior to event deadlines.
Provide administrative support such as organizing files, preparing reports, and managing communications.
Contribute to event setup and breakdown while ensuring all standards of quality and professionalism are met.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven attitude.
Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to evolving project needs.
Competitive salary: $52,000 – $56,000 per year.
