We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, ensuring flawless operations from concept through completion. Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination, logistics, and day-of execution of events.
Support the events team with planning timelines, vendor communication, and preparation of event materials.
Conduct venue research, obtain quotes, and help manage vendor relationships.
Organize documentation, schedules, and internal communications related to upcoming events.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure all event components are aligned and executed smoothly.
Provide on-site support to ensure successful setup, operation, and breakdown of events.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, client experience, and event quality.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
