SteerBridge is assembling a talented group of operations professionals to provide Business Operations and Executive Support Services to the Defense Health Agency's Solution Delivery Division (SDD), Risk Management Executive Division (RMED), and Assistant Director for Health Care Administration (ADHCA). 

We actively seek a dedicated and detail-oriented administrative professional to support the Defense Health Agency as a Task Manager Journeyman and Chief Operating Officer Executive Assistant. This role is crucial for managing administrative tasks and offering executive support to leadership, helping ensure the efficient functioning of the office.

This role is ideal for candidates with:

✅Required 3-5 years’ experience supporting executives in an Executive Assistant capacity.
✅Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
✅Strong customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills; problem solving and analytical abilities; and attention to detail.
✅Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint
✅Proficiency with Defense Travel System and the Joint Travel Regulations
