We're seeking a compassionate Home Care Provider in the Nashua, Manchester or Merrimack area! This is a rewarding opportunity to support a resilient individual in continuing his personal growth and independence.
This individual enjoys playing the piano, bowling, and is open to trying new activities, even if they’re outside his comfort zone. He is motivated to make healthier lifestyle choices and is eager to learn new ways to improve his physical well-being. He thrives with hands-on, visual learning and appreciates opportunities to build skills independently. While he prefers the comfort of home over community outings, he values meaningful routines, such as attending church.
A provider who can provide transportation and is comfortable with a calm home environment (no children or dogs; cats are okay with an introduction) would be ideal.
