Position Summary:
Installs, maintains, repairs and operates HVAC , environmental control and refrigeration equipment to ensure proper operation within assigned facilities. In addition, this position provides general building maintenance and repair functions.

A criminal background check will be completed on final candidates. The selected candidate must be able to pass a post-offer employment test and hold a valid driver's license to obtain Wisconsin certification to drive University vehicles. A six-month probationary period is required. The pay rate is $30 to $32 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
