HYBRID HR/Recruiting Coordinator - Brighton, CO

W2 Ongoing Contract

We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Brighton, CO. This role involves managing a high volume of candidates in an industrial setting, supporting various recruitment activities including screenings, application assistance, interview coordination, and assisting in the offer process.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Conduct quick screens and assist with online applications
• Sitting in on panel interviews and gathering feedback for next steps

• Troubleshoot application issues as needed
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Assist with offer letters and electronic signatures
• Create new requisitions for different departments
• Finishing onboarding documentation, scheduling start dates
• Monitoring retention by doing exit interviews, candidate experience interviews, etc.

Requirements:

• 1 year + of experience as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator doing onboarding.
• Being on-site is approximately 50/50 to start, however, this can fluctuate up or down depending on the business needs.
• Experience in a high volume/fast-paced environment, detail-oriented.
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SuccessFactors is a huge plus.

Salary: $22.00 to $25.00 an hour.
