Design & Planning: define project requirements, create wireframes, and set up automation tools 2. Management Portal: develop a functional internal portal for data management and visualization 3. Public Portal: build a public-facing platform with interactive dashboards and real-time data 4. Mobile App: prototype a mobile version focusing on core public portal features and offline use 5. Launch, Integration & Training: integrate systems, conduct testing, ensure data governance, and train users Any activities assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications/special skillsAdvanced university degree (Master's degree or equivalent) in computer science, data science, data engineering or related field is required. A first-level university degree in combination with two years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in developing data management system for the web and mobile devices is required.
