Salary: $49,920 - 54,080 per year Requirements:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of previous IT/tech support technician experience

Responsibilities:

• As a member of our team, I will work with you to provide a range of software and systems support, including everything from Microsoft Office to case management software, printers, and networks. I will utilize our ticketing system to monitor support requests and employ our remote management system to run diagnostics and troubleshoot issues for our clients. There may be occasions where I’ll need to visit client offices.
• This position allows for remote work from home, but due to the need for regular travel to client locations within the Triad, I must reside in Forsyth County. I will receive extensive training on our services, processes, and support protocols. As a part of our remote workforce, I will enjoy the flexibility of working from home and will have access to group chat, VoIP phone service, and remote management systems for our clients.
• The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of being on call periodically as part of a three-person rotation. Details about on-call duties will be provided during the interview process.
