Job Description

We are seeking a talented Junior Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video production and a keen eye for detail. As a Junior Video Editor you will be responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content for our clients. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce engaging and impactful videos that promote our services and showcase our companys values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished final product

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards

- Utilize industry-standard software to add effects graphics and sound to videos

- Ensure all videos meet brand and style guidelines

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video quality

- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Provide creative input and ideas for new video projects

- Work with the marketing team to develop video content for social media website and other promotional materials

- Assist with video shoots including setting up equipment lighting and sound

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in film video production or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in video editing or production

- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or Avid

- Strong understanding of video production techniques and equipment

- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing work is required
