Job Description
The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting our marketing and communications initiatives. This position involves assisting with campaign coordination, brand management, and the creation of marketing materials that enhance our company’s visibility and client engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and eager to contribute to a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Prepare promotional materials and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing activities.
Support event planning, client communications, and logistics-related marketing projects.
Maintain databases and track marketing performance metrics to support reporting efforts.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of digital tools.
A proactive mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent skills).
