McDonald Auto Group is actively seeking a parts counter person for our Saginaw location. Seeking out a energetic and enthusiastic individual who is wanting to learn and grow within our company. Responsibilities

Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss options
Commit to becoming an auto parts expert and gain in-depth knowledge of inventory and processes
Ensure timely follow up with prospective customers
Follow up with core returns
Place daily parts orders
Quote good better best options in a timely manner

Requirements * Strong work ethic and a competitive spirit, with a desire to learn and be successful * Outgoing personality with a desire to service others * Ability to formulate a professional email, text, and digital correspondence * Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skill * Valid driver's license * Must be very organized and maintain clean work environment
