Now Hiring Payroll Supervisor in Redlands, CA.

Pay: $68,640K

Job Purpose: To provide primary operational support for the Payroll Manager by administering the day to day aspects of all payroll tasks in the Admin office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Reviews and approves weekly agency payroll.

 Reviews and approves agencies’ PAR, payroll action requests.

 Prepares payroll cost report for Admin – Accounting for weekly and monthly reporting needs before Tuesdays 9:00AM.

 Reviews federal and multi state tax returns for distribution centers.

 Support WCD distribution center payroll supervisors’ inquiries and requests to solve payroll issues.

 Serves as back up in the absence of Admin Payroll Administrator.

 Work with other duties/projects assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

 Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can complete an assigned

task with little or no supervision.

 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

 Excellent phone skills.

 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education and/or Experience:

 Knowledge of payroll systems and be able to grasp processing schemes and systems quickly.

 Knowledge of Paychex is a plus.

 An associate degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
