Job Description

• Conduct analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing, and implementation of Order and Inventory Management systems based on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Lead business analysis and requirements gathering to develop detailed functional requirements and define project scope for Order and Inventory Management initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between business units and project teams across development, support, and enhancement phases.
• Conduct and facilitate business requirements workshops with stakeholders.
• Interact daily with business owners and end-users to understand key processes, gather requirements, and resolve client issues proactively.
• Document current and future-state business process flows and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop functional specifications and requirements documents that are clear, complete, and detailed.
• Analyze system specifications using appropriate diagramming and modeling tools to represent business and technical processes.
• Perform Salesforce.com configuration, testing, and evaluation to ensure system quality and consistency.
• Apply deep functional knowledge of Salesforce systems to align with customer needs and requirements.
• Develop and execute conversion and implementation plans for new systems and enhancements.
• Recommend configuration, maintenance, and standardization improvements.
• Conduct user training and prepare end-user documentation for system implementations.
• Manage change communication and coordinate training during rollouts.
• Identify data gaps and prepare detailed data conversion requirements.
• Define and document system interface requirements.
• Collaborate directly and effectively with client implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Skill and Experience Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Order and Inventory Management and CRM systems.
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on OM/Inventory management projects preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst on Salesforce systems, with proven success in multiple implementations.
• Salesforce.com Senior Administrator Certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and escalate issues effectively when needed.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
