Title: Senior System/Server Administrator

Location:  San Antonio, Texas

Note: This is a remote position

Job description:

• Minimum experience 10 -15 years as SME led technical advocacy.
  
• The Senior System/Server Administrator (or equivalent) shall be willing and able to work within the confines of Government provided software tools as well as within the confines of the server infrastructure environment.
  
• The senior System/Server Administrator (or equivalent) shall be capable of performing the tasks prescribed in Part 4, Specific Tasks. In addition, the Senior Administrator shall be able to program in the programming languages of IBMi and utilize the development tools specified in the required skill sets listed below:

Required skillset:

• COBOL

• Software development life cycle

• Testing

• Software Version Control (Configuration Management)

• Tape Management

• IBM iSeries Servers

• HMC experience

Additional Preferred Skillsets:

• Configuration Management

• Understanding of Requirements and Testing Documentation

• Knowledge of Implementation Activities

• DB Migrations

• STIGs

• Encryption of Data at Risk

• i Access Client Solutions

• Navigator i

• Cryptographic ally hashed audit tool

• File Exchange Protocols

• IBM Syslog Reporting Manager

• IBM Digital Certificate Manager
