Sheeter Operator | Second Shift | Erlanger, KY

Under the direction of the Printing Supervisor. The Sheeter Operator will run a BW Papersystems Econ Sheeter, ensuring the meeting of company quality and performance standards, customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities :

• Set the slitter knives and sheet size
• Perform Quality checks to make sure product is within specification
• Filling out proper paperwork and reading plate densities
• Perform assigned maintenance activities according to departmental procedures
• Complete special projects as assigned 
• Report equipment issues or job-related issues. Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc. Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

Qualifications:

• Requires one to three years of trades training and three to twelve months' related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
• Basic knowledge of sheeting for a printing press
• Ability to work standing for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Good attention to detail and ability to catch defective material. Detail oriented.
• Ability to log production
• High School Diploma or equivalent

2:45pm-10:45pm Mon-Fri

Pay:

$22/hr
