The Waldner Winters Team powered by PLACE is hiring Showing Agents who want to get their foot in the door with a high-performing team. As a Showing Agent, you'll work directly with buyers and support our lead agents by showing homes, building relationships, and helping clients find the perfect property—all without the stress of lead generation, marketing, or transaction coordination.

Responsibilities

• Show homes to active buyer clients
• Schedule and confirm showings promptly and professionally
• Communicate effectively with clients and lead agents throughout the home search process
• Provide feedback and insight to lead agents from showings
• Learn to use PLACE systems, scripts, and client management tools
• Attend daily training and team meetings for ongoing development

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Real Estate License (or in process)
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple showings
• Dependable transportation and a flexible schedule (evenings & weekends required)
• Willingness to learn and grow into a full-time sales agent role over time
