Join the team at Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company! Days/Hours Of Work Job Summary The Warehouse Manager has overall accountability for the functions of the warehouse. Collaborates cross-functionally with multiple avenues of the business, including planning and distribution.
Job Responsibilities - Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
- Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse.
- Manage and oversee inventory P&L, including BD&L (breakage, damage, and loss).
- Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
- Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
- Manage warehouse function within labor and operating budget.
- Identify opportunities for enhancement through continuous improvement management.
- Oversee ordering, receiving and inventory of raw materials needed for Production.
- Maintains a safe work environment and adheres to the safety policies and guidelines.
Job Requirements - Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required.
- Prior experience in warehouse and inventory leadership required.
- Experience managing of supervisory level employees preferred.
- Strong capability for attention to detail, organization, and prioritization is required.
- Excellent leadership skills including the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels within the organization. Conflict resolution experience preferred.
- Process driven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions in response.
- Effectively communicates with the ability to both present ideas and influence decisions at leadership level.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Pay: $96,116 - $113,077 a year
