Oven Operator : Houston, TX 77066
Pay: $12/hr.
Schedule: Group A (Sun-Wed, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (for 2 weeks)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Oven Operator to join our team at a leading filtration company. This is an entry-level position with training provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating industrial ovens to process filtration products according to company standards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor ovens to ensure proper temperature and processing times
Load and unload materials into ovens as required
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate with team members and supervisors about any issues

Requirements:

No experience necessary – training provided!
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully
Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working in a warm environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 lbs.
Stand for up to 10 hours a day.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish (preferred)
